The food was okay and came out in a decent time. The dine in option is a joke as there no more condiments or napkins on tables.... There is 1 star for service/atmosphere as there is no service anymore amd very impersonal now. At least McDonald's brings youyour food now. Won't be surprised when this place goes out of business. So this is a little update. Came in to pickup a delivery order and what do you see a workers drink sitting on the counter.... Normally this would bother me too much but the counter was absolutely disgusting. Flies all around and just not sanitary. Theyhave time to site down at their new little table but no wipe a counter where customers food goes. I was working and not pickingthe order up for me but I will shoose never to go here again. If you want good service and a CLEAN store go-to the one by Meijeror just got Freddies. A shadow of what it once was. Extremely slow service and a bathroom that will probably give you aninfection. They have started the Happy Hour drink specials again M-F 2-5. Love their shakes, so thick! Burgers still great, prices higher,... but what isn't. I always tip $2 at least, order takers must have a lot of patience! Read more

I do not recommend. Inside was filthy needed a booster seat for my little one all of the booster seats were sticky n gross some... even had old food on them. Food wasn?t bad . Also used the the $1 vending machine two times and it charged my card $5 each time.In total changed me $10 to use the what was suppose to be $1 vending machine. Told the lady that was working she said to callthe number on the machine so I did it?s automated system told me to go to tue website which I did website asked for my email andsaid that I?d get an email from them within minutes. Over an hour later no email. So I?m assuming it is what it is but I wantedto let others know. Read more

Waited in through and no one was ahead of me. I asked for ?Cajun seasoned on the fries.,? I was told, ?We don?t have the Cajun... fries anymore.? When I had Cajun fries from the same location 2 days ago.? Mind you, months back I say told Steak n Shake stopputting the seasoning on the fries.,? So, was under the impression they started putting seasoning back on again. I told them noketchup w/ mayo & mustard. They slapped all 3 together and it is a lot on the burger. So much the bread is tearing apart. Idon?t have time to go back, get my money back, because I?m at work now. I will be going to FiveGuys for now on. Read more
I understand that the chain has had difficulty, I will preface with that. However, I am not impressed with the direction it has... went. All of the charm is gone. Our burgers were good, fries were miserable... They have been for many years though. The shakeswere pretty bland. I could tell that the staff was working hard, so I have no issues with them. The ingredients just weren'tthat great. Overall, it was just ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. Read more
