Honestly, I usually love it here but the service tonight was terrible! We had a mobile order with missing items. We were not... informed that they were not available until we said something about it. They offered to replace the items, and we had beenwaiting 30 minutes for them to show. We pressed the button and never got a response. We had to place another mobile order toactually speak with someone. I would totally understand if it were busy, but the drive thru, as well as all but one other stall,was empty. Read more
hot food and my order was made correctly. The service was kind of a miss with who brought out our food. Also, the girl who... brought out our food, I handed her cash ($21) with our total being $20 and some change and she did NOT offer any change back shejust said thank you, have a good day and walked away. I don't know if she assumed the money we gave her was a tip, but I amglad that I didn't give her $30 (a $20 and a $10) like I was going to, cause with her not even acknowledging that there shouldhave been cash back with what I gave her, I don't know if she would have noticed then either and I would have really saidsomething had I gave her that amount like I was going to. So may want to make sure if the company isn't going to offer changeback that there are signs on the boards where you order, or let your car hops know that they need to get change back to theircustomers. We have quite a few drive up restaurants here in Lafayette. My favorite, by far, is Sonic. The chili cheese dogs are wonderful... ????! And, their drink selection is huge! Most importantly, you get a good value for your money. The people who take the ordersare all friendly and professional. Your order comes quickly, too. On a hot summer day it's hard to beat their lime slush! Read more
Well first of all, I am just going through back home in Minnesota from Ohio & got super hungry. Never had sonic ever in my life... so hey let?s try it. Never been there, we got confused at the drive up things you go to & push a button to make your order. Wehad a problem as it wasn?t accepting both cards so luckily we had cash so the lady didn?t have to take out card & go in. Shesaid we weren?t the only having that problem. But boy as we pulled away & parked & dug out our food? we started drooling. It wasso delicious!!! I will be finding another sonic closer to home when possible. Read more

I don't know why we always forget about Sonic. The food and service are always fantastic. The fried cookie dough?? Yummmmm!... Definitely get the Fritos chili cheese wrap, too. It's not shown on the menu, but is visible on the app. I miss the pretzeldogs, but the menu still has incredible variety. Read more
