Overall, I?ve had a pretty great experience here. The employees are always friendly, and the drinks are delicious. The only... downside is I attempted calling a couple of days in a row about a purchase, and I was unable to get through. I wanted to leave avoicemail, but it?s full. I called at least 5 times the first day and then 2 the second. The phone rang and went to voicemail,and after several tries it seemed like someone picked up and then hung up. Not really sure what happened. Besides this, I?vealways had a great experience here, and I definitely recommend everyone new to the area to check either location out. I was completely out of it when I stopped by Java Jo?s ? I had just accidentally arrived at a doctor?s appointment an hour early... if that gives you an idea of where my head was at. Luckily the employee who helped me was able to interpret my incoherentattempts at ordering coffee and made some delicious suggestions as well.
