Waited almost an hour and a half ( which is understandable due to lack of workers) but this is the 3rd time I have ordered in... the past month and they forgot sauces. No big deal I call and the "manager" Chase answers ...he is so rude!!! He answered thephone rude and then said if I want them, come to the store and get them no drivers! I paid over $5 for delivery already now Ineed to waist my gas to go there and get the rest of my order?!?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHASE. YOU SHOULD BE DEMOTED! Excellent....exceptional customer service....I was so impressed.....first time...got the Hawaiian pizza ....very close to... original I Hawaii...it was very good....wings were so tender and meaty....unlike the place we have here in Dayton The servicethough....I had fallen at work and about to have knee surgery..I had a employee come from behind the counter..... took mystuff to the car..then ran around opened the door for me..who does this these days..papa John's employees do.. The problem with this location is that when you order online or do a pick-up order no matter time of day. It's always 2 hour... wait time. So when order a pizza form here. You should make sure to call and ask wait time. 3 out of 4 times ordering online Ihad to call to cancel order. If you can get pizza form here it's usually pretty good. Service and wait times are really theproblems at this location. Read more

Ordered food and it was an extended wait time 69-79 minutes but even after that I still had to wait another 30 minutes for my... food. Pizza and Papadia wasnt even Luke warm since it sat for who knows how long before my papa bowl was done. As I was in thelobby one female employee wasn't wearing a hair net and making the crust for the pizza, would touch stuff out of her area thengo back to making crust without cleaning her hands. The guy at the counter kept touching his hair to put it behind his ear aswell as constantly pulling his pants up. Crew was not very sanitary at all on top of being slow. Read more
