Had a 35 dollar order, was missing items. When I called the store they wanted me to travel back to the store and get missing... items, meanwhile the rest of my order is getting cold while trying to explain to them my whole order is ruined got no where justan excuse saying people make mistakes.!! My pizza was burnt when I opened it after talking to someone about the missing itemsat this point I was so upset because the way I was treated on the phone that I wasn't going to call back and tell them about thepizza because they already made me feel like it was my fault they forgot everything in my order. I really like the thin crust delight pizza, I have ordered from them 3 times and I always get it hot out the oven in 20mins. I... haven't tried the other variety of pizza but I think I will try the bar b que one next. So far, I love them. Read more
Wonderful food. As busy as this place is you would think they could spend a little in the restroom. Mens toilet seat is stained... badly. The toilet and urinal need replaced. Terribly stained with lime and etc. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE THO!!! Read more
Excellent food-best pizza around. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Paid $30 for this. I removed the cheese & garlic sauce & 2 breadsticks from the photo as they were not messed up. Transported... home with the delicate care you would give to a $30 order from a pizza aficionado! First order from here ever looking forsomething different than "typical". Very disappointed. Monical's thin crust is simply amazing. My favorites by far are bbq chicken and buffalo chicken (with their amazing ranch... sauce). I know some people say chicken doesn't belong on pizza, but I say it sure does on Monical's thin crust! They do itright. They also have a really good club where you can sign up and they email you new coupons at the beginning of every month,and occasionally 1-2 other special coupons for 3 day specials. I will say that their breadsticks are really not worth getting.Very very plain. Just get the pizza. Also, their salads are decent, but not amazing. Again, I say get the pizza. I have, once ortwice, gotten regular crust pizza, but their thin crust is why I go there. It's excellent. Read more
I hadnt been here in quite some time? years, actually. It seems like they?ve changed their recipe a little bit since the last... time I ate here. For that, I deducted one star.
