4 stars because we are hooked on moe?s and recently made it a weekly trip. I did ask for a chip and queso and was even asked if... I wanted a bowl which i said yes. Got home about 7:40 no queso just chips. Not a complainer given I?m a server but was a bummerconsidering we love the queso. Plus was charged for it and even asked by an employee. They close at 8 so couldn?t go back forthe queso. Moes is still our fav, only problem we?ve had so far. Read more

Great food. There was a mix up with some ?Stacks? we ordered and they gave us the wrong one. They ended up helping us fix the... misunderstanding and let us keep the messup order. At some point we realized they also hadn?t given us our cup of queso weordered either. The reason I?m giving 5 stars is because of the way the situation was handled. Having been a manager for a cafeI understand the stress when an order is messed up. The gentleman gave us amazing customer service and even came back andchecked on us! Came here for Father's Day dinner because it's my husband's favorite. Arrived 20 mins before closing, which we realize was... cutting it close. There were chairs on all the tables so we had to eat in our car. There were several employees working but theywere out of hard shells and tofu for the night already. Since we wanted hard shell tacos and a tofu burrito bowl this was reallydisappointing. Enough so that we won't be back for a while. Good service here seems really hit-or-miss. Staff was nice, food was right temperature, and margarita soda pop and chips were especially good. But this was the first time I... had ever been to Moe's, so fair warning, if you like Chipotle and/or Qdoba and have never been to Moe's, this food is verydifferent, so enter at your discretion. Ordered delivery quiet often through the app and use to never have an issue. Last 2 times I?ve ordered they?ve forgotten my... food. When I go to call the restaurant I wait at least 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Read more
