Just did not have a good KFC experience, got home and the bag ripped because they put too much stuff in there. Next they forgot... my sauce, then I went back to the store to get my sauce which was miles away and they took 5 mins to get my sauce because thefemale and male workers was too busy flirting with each other to notice the register, THEN I got home and the chicken was pinkand undercooked. This was nastiest chicken dinner I have ever had!! I asked for a extra crispy two piece breast dinner. I got one wing extra... crispy and one original breast. It tasted like it had been washed in soap!! It was gross! We went through the Drive-Thru. Read more
Normally, the food is always excellent but this evening. I opened the mashed potatoes and it's soupy and not worth the $ I spent... for the family meal and famous bowl. Just hope it gets better and nobody else got this in their meals. Read more
I had been to so many KFC in Africa, Europe & USA, this is the worst KFC I had even been to. I promise myself today NEVER to... ever go to this location again. I had complained with their managers many times and they keep messing up your order. Not wellprepared food, lack of customer services communications, they can turn you back for not readiness despite getting their atopening hours. KFC need to close this place down ASAP! Old chicken tenders for the kids... yummy secret recipe. After we paid they gave us money back and said we can't make a chicken... little. Note it's a chicken tender...on a bun soda was out. And the Nashville hot bun was stuck in the toaster right on top wasused the burnt bun. Sauce was a single slap of the brush. Gravy in the coleslaw cross contaminates signs This shows there'slikely little to no management effort and food is poorly treated we trashed it since we were home. If I could leave 0 stars I would. To start off, they had no gloves on. I ordered a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy with... Mac and cheese and a side order or Mac n cheese. I got 2 pieces and 2 Mac n cheese. The extra crispy chicken also seemed like itwas dropped on the floor. And then to top it off they were out of Pepsi. Read more
