This pizza is always great! I get the Detroit style and it never disappoints.
On April 17th, 2020, I placed an order through Jet's online ordering. Jets took my money, but never delivered. I have tried to... call them multiple times (11 times in the past two days), to resolve the issue, and they've only answered once. The one timethat they answered, they put me on hold and the call eventually went to voice mail. Since they seem to insist on keeping mymoney, and not delivering thier product, they'll not get any more of my business. Update: The next day, I drove over to Jetsand continued to call until I pulled up. When I got there the "Open" sign was off and the employees were standing around, in theback, and appeared to be doing nothing. There definitely wasn't anyone up front making pizzas. When I asked why they weren'tanswering I was told that they were busy. When I asked about my order, from the previous day, I was told that they were notopen. I explained that they took my money and was told that it should be returned in 7 days. They clearly had no intention offulfilling my order and think that it is ok to keep my money for 7 days. Jet's pizza is the best Detroit style pizza I've had. I do not recommend their traditional pizza (round) pie, but their Detroit... style (rectangular shaped) pizza is the best pizza in Lafayette. Greasy, but extremely delicious! Deep, delicious, Crispy andcrunchy crust with premium stretchy cheese and phenomenal toppingswhich is baked to perfection! Read more
Terrible terrible customer service. Spend 80 dollars worth of pizza and wings. They missed 6 items on my order. I called to try... to remedy the situation and they said they would be there within 30 min to bring the missing items. Over 1 hour since I calledabout missing items. Spoke to a manager and said she had nothing to do with the previous order. At that point said take a refundor wait another 30 min for your items. Nah that is not ok. 80 dollars spent over 2 hours of wait. Cold food and missing items. Read more

The sauce tastes like tomatoes--it is not overflavored with sugar or salt or spices. The crispy browned edgesare delicious and just what you want in a deep-dish pizza.
