Had a catered ?box lunch? meal from Jane?s this past week. Delivery was on time. Sandwich was huge. Potato Salad was... delicious. Fruit salad had good stuff in it. Chips were fresh. Cookie was great. Jelly beans were a surprise. I?ll orderboxed lunches from them in the future! Read more

It's hard to decide what to order from this menu because it all sounds delicious-- and in my experience, it is! Love any of the... salads, especially with cusabi dressing (cucumber/wasabi)! The Hungarian mushroom soup is to die for. And the fruited chickensalad tops my list. Love the floriferous patio too! Read more
I was excited to try this place, but I went one time and waited about 20 minutes for service before leaving for another lunch... spot. I even talked to the waiter about getting some food, but he didn't come to our table. He seemed undertrained and overlybusy. I'll try again and edit my review if things are better. Read more
Yum is right. It's an odd location, I have been to weddings and other events at this location and it always comes off. Jane... and her staff do their best for this town that can barely support high quality places. I had Jane bake a birthday cake a monthafter 9/11 for my daughter's second birthday... It was a great cake, we needed something to smile about and Jane and everyoneneeded the work. Jane is a perfectionist and I appreciate her art. I wish I would stop in more often. I cannot speak about the restaurant, only about the catering. I wanted to have Jane do the catering for my wedding of 150... people. Long story short, I met with her and she said she would call me in a few days with prices. She NEVER called me back tosimply give me the prices. I cannot understand how someone can run a business and not follow thru with such a simple request. I will never use Jane's Gourmet Catering for any service, and I will tell every bride I know to not bother to call her aboutcatering because she will not call back!! Read more
