You want the inside scoop to this store. Well here it is. I used to work for the company it is a ill owned franchise. The owners... need to go back to Pakistan and sell it to the corporate Hardee's. Management is horrible plenty of backstabbing two facedpeople. The food does not fall to standard. Frys are left in the holder longer than 7 minutes. Sandwiches that are not maderight are left in the holder to be used at a later time that type of sandwich is ordered. Building is not up to code and shouldhave a handy accessible button for people in wheel chairs or who cannot open doors but does not. Black mold in places no oneknows or even trys to clean. All in all the building and company should be investigated by the bored of health and corporateHardee's and see if it is up to standard for even the franchise owner to have the Hardee's name and profit from it. Billy Jo Bob and Cleetus that were working this day really influenced my opinion here. I placed an order online to apply a... discount through Grubhub. When I arrived to pick up my order, Billy Joe informed me that they were out of onion rings & theonly thing they could replace it with was tater tots that were made earlier on in the morning. I went to go open the bag to seeif they had already replaced the item and Billy Jo got very angry with me and said I wasn't allowed to do that. When Iexplained to him that I was not a Grubhub driver but indeed the owner of the order he didn't catch on right away. MeanwhileCleetus in the background was touching the drive-through order he was working on with his bare hands. Read more
Had a really good breakfast there today and the lady was working really hard at the drive thru and still managed to smile and... say Have a nice day. My German shepherd Skye was my passenger today and she gave her a special treat a piece of bacon. Wow whatsweet service. Thank you???? Read more
This is our second trip to Hardee's and I must say it will probably be our last. The first time we waited a total of 30 minutes... to get two meals through the drive thru. The food was good once we got it.. 30 minutes later...The cashier also forgot to giveme back my card so I had to drive back to get it...I should have reminded her to give it back but come on! The second time wasjust horrible. The first time around they gave us cold food and the second time our order wasn't right. They put pickles on mysandwich and I specifically asked for no pickles. A ghost town not a clear entrance to the parking lot when you order you feel like you interrupted their happy time the way they... greet you in drive thru with their rude tone of voice you get to the window the guy looks like he just got out of prison andbeen in the shoe for too long or isolation for though who don't know when I got my food he doesn't say anything just shuts thewindow after giving me my food which of course was cold I knew it would be cold I only waited 2 minutes at the window instead of5 or more. Hardee's use to have standards they use to have great hot food friendly staff and you use to have to wait becauseeverything was cooked to order now it's just like every other fast food in town I wouldn't be surprise if they get shut downsomeday they did once years ago it could and will happen again if they don't shape up and make changes soon Read more
Edit: I couldn't remember why I don't eat hardees anymore so I decided to go back... 16 minutes for a single chicken sandwich... and my bun is charcoal. This is inedible. I won't complain about the wait time, my food is always hot and fresh. My order iscorrect and I am mostly satisfied. Just a couple critiques, firstly they overstuffed the bags so you can't fold the top, if youorder more items than 1 meal you can't even hold the bag by the top and have to carry it from the bottom which makes things moredifficult when simply using 2 bags would be better than my fries literally sticking out the top. Every. Single. Time. I'm notsure whats wrong with your bun toaster today but my bun was blackened, my bfs too. There was so much extra mayo, at least 3times the usual amount but all I tasted was burned bread. It was so bad I went to my kitchen and used 2 slices of bread after my2nd bite turned me off my entire meal and I couldn't finish even with fresh bread. More mayo does not unburn the bun. Read more
I'm a dasher, and Kindra ? helped me today. Total Rockstar! Got my order ready fast and efficiently and with a smile. Kudos... for Hardees on Sagamore. I gave them only 4 stars today because there was an icy walkway to contend with and I in fact didslip. Thanks Hardees crew. ;) Read more
