Order to go at 9, hour before close. Get there completely dead 2 people. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was... 32 minutes. 3 burgers that?s it, you have 6 people behind that counter and charge 10$ a burger. I love 5 guys but this locationput a real bad taste in my mouth, guess I?ll drive to West Lafayette even with a college rush they do better. Read more

I always enjoy their burgers, may be a little pricey but pretty much worth it.

Oh Kenny,.. What a great bunch of guys! One in particular stood out, Kenny for his great customer service and genuine want to... get things right. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a great personality. The restaurant was clean and the servicewas fast. I ordered 2 burgers, fries and a milkshake. One burger was the double BACON cheeseburger. When I arrived home, Inoticed the BACON cheeseburger was MISSING the bacon. Such a disappointment. I called the location and Kenny answered the call, remembered my name and my order. I explained the problem with my order and he said to come back the following day so the burgercould be made right. A few days later, I entered the location and to my surprise, Kenny was there, remembered me, greeted mewith a smile and said he would personally remake my burger. He chatted me up while ensuring my burger is made right. Nice jobKenny! Not only will I return for the great quality food but also just to be greeted by Kenny's fun down to earth personally. Pros: They have really delicious burgers, free peanuts, and the employees gave us extra fries since it was the end of the day... (and my dad decided to ask...) Cons: The burgers are expensive, at least $8 for the burger alone and only going up from there, potentially contrary to their sign that boasts "best bargain". All the tables were dirty and the trash receptacles were full, but there were only 4 employees. I don't feel like I can accurately judge this Five Guys' service as a whole based on my visit,as it was almost 10 pm and the employees were clearly tired. I'd recommend the Cajun fries over the regular, as long as you'refine with a bit of spice. Read more

Ordered a burger and got home to find out there was literally not a burger on the bun. I was given a bun with toppings. It is... now too late to drive all the way across town to fix this. I feel like putting a burger patty on a bun should not be thatdifficult. The store was nearly empty when I was there. Edit: When I called and complained they just hung up. This is the worstservice I have ever seen in any restaurant. Read more

Food on par with other five guys. But not quick. If you order online always expect at least 15 to 20 minutes after your... estimated ready time to get your food. Read more
