I?ve tried 3x to have this store make a correct order. They let me down every time. The order I placed was not even close to the... sand which I ordered, another item was missing the topping I paid for, and they just didn?t give me a donut because they wereout(which is fine) but they were not going to tell me and just not give it too me. Server was great and polite. She even swapped a drink my daughter bought and did not like.
It's hit or miss if I actually get what I ordered. Sometimes I go and my order is correct and awesome and then sometimes it's... super wrong. When it's wrong I always ask politely for it to be fixed and often even offer to pay for the mixup. Today I orderedtwo things one was a hot brown sugar cinnamon swirl and I received an iced latte. I asked politely and showed my order *it was amobile pick up* she was very rude about it literally rolled her eyes and I ended up with a hot cup of just milk. The seconddrink was a PC cold brew with extra cream. I don't know what I got but it definitely wasn't PC. A few weeks ago I ordered aCharli cold foam and I got a cup of cold brew with nothing else in it. The drink was a recommendation from a friend so I wasn'tsure exactly what is was supposed to be so I asked if that was a Charli cold foam and told them that I thought it was supposedto have foam on the top and cinnamon sugar. He then gave me a cold brew with just half and half in it. I took it because I wasunsure at the time. I went to a different location ordered the same thing and now I know for sure that wasn't the drink thislocation tried to pass off. Read more
Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized... that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me afree drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don?t really drink coffee nor do I drinkspecialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn?treally seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CANsay that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened. Read more
