We were excited to eat at Cracker Barrel on our way home from Chicago. We were seated quickly but were ignored for 10 minutes... while the server bent over backwards for the table right behind us. Ordered carry-out. As vegetarians, we regularly order the Country Vegetable Plates, which include a choice of 4 sides + two... biscuits (or cornbread). Hearty portions for a reasonable price (just over $10 per person). Ready in just minutes and still veryhot when ready to eat. I only wish these sides had a little less sodium. Read more
