Food pretty good at this location, portions are all wack, but the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Everyone here seems... to be in there own world in their own head. No social skills or care to be friendly and act like they care about they job.Nobody here is properly trained. Having to ask for a little bit more and a little bit less over and over again is annoyingbecause the employees are scared to put proper portions. Paying 15 dollars for a burrito with half meat and half scoop of guacis not what I want to do. I would pass on this location and go down the road. Read more
My husband says we are NOT going back. Everytime we go, the price is higher, the tables are never wiped, bathroom is out of... tissue or soap, it is difficult to order to get a burrito plopped into a bowl, there is an extra charge for the tortilla shell,and it is just child size portions. I recently ordered your average chicken from this location. I was very excited to receive my usual expected chicken bowl.... However, I was shocked and displeased by what was presented to me. As I carried the bowl for the first time I noticed that itwas significantly lighter than any other bowl I have received before. After opening and analyzing it my intuition was true. Thebowl looked as if it were for a child. I was utterly disrupted by this incident and have to take a step back to see if I want togive my business to this establishment again. This greatly inconvenienced me as I had to stop at the nearest pancheros tofulfill my hunger needs. *Side Note* One of the bathrooms was temporarily unavailable which caused quite the drama. I got 3 beef tacos and 3 steak tacos. The dude wanted to throw things on my tacos which was barely any meat. Th queso was... crusty. And the meat was dried up. The guy who made my food was not nice at all. The lady who cashed me out was rude as well.This is my first time coming in and ordering food for myself and my mom. I will NOT be going back!! I was in and out real quick. Huge portions for getting the bowl. The burrito was filled nicely and wasn?t messy while eating.... They weren?t taking cash unless exact change. There was a discrepancy between online ordering and in person. Online there was alot unavailable. Went in person and they had everything available. Not sure why. Also, i didn?t realize guacamole was an extra$2.60 until I looked at the receipt. They should?ve told me before they put it on and then tell me where the receipt is afterpayment. Read more
First time here and I was super impressed. I ordered a half chicken half steak bowl with tortilla shells on the side. I... probably should have gone with brown rice instead of white. I am so happy i got the corn on there because it was packed withflavor! The meat had great seasoning to it as well. I appreciated them letting me know the guacamole was an extra charge before i got it but it's totally worth it! Huge portions here. I have 2 more meals out of this! So far I haven't had a negative experience there. I feel like the food is way better than Qdoba and the price is similar so I... probably won't be visiting the other place anymore. Good job and keep up the good work. Read more
