I've come here for a few things and always had good food. It's pretty standard American fare, but they do a good job at it. The... Oldtimer burger we had was perfectly charred and flavorful. The Bacon Chicken Ranch Quesadillas are another solid choice.Perhaps the biggest surprise was the Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich - it was much larger than the normal chicken sandwich you'dexpect at a chain restaurant, and had a good mix of ingredients. Service was decent, nothing to complain about. We had a minor inconvenience with our order as one of our plates came as plain... chicken tenders rather than honey Chipotle like we ordered. The kind waitresses quickly fixed this issue. Other than that foodtasted great. Read more
They apparently have stopped providing caramel with Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, this was even after giving them an 18% tip for a... takeout... And we had to go inside and talk them into getting caramel... Sad. EDIT: Post pandemic prices have increased. Ourdine in experience was okay, service was good. Food was standard chilli's food. Worst restaurant experience of my life. Once we were seated, the friendly server brought our drinks. A large group was seated... near us and the server forgot about us. The group was getting food and our order had not been taken. Eventually I got theserver's attention & ordered. We waited ...and waited.... finally got the server's attention again and he seemed shocked we hadno food. After a very long wait we got our dinners. I ordered cilantro lime carne asada. It came with no pico de gallo, no rice,no beans. I never got my appetizer. I got no drink refills. Had to ask for silverware. Never got any napkins. The place wasobviously short of help but what should have been a pleasant dinner with my adult grandson turned into a 2+ hour miserableexperience. Read more
Server was disengaged and nonchalant made experience not delightful. Some of the food came to table too late had to get it... to-go. Crispers were not crispy yet soggy and not very flavourful. My husband ordered chili and a salad. He expressed the chili was to spicy and salad and dressing wasn't cold. Like the salad was... sitting out at room temp before being served. He wasn't satisfied with his meal. I ordered half ribs, loaded mashed potatoes andsteamed broccoli. The ribs were smaller than I remember them being here years ago. Flavor was good. Potatoes was warm temp nothot. No complaints about the broccoli. I don't think the rib meal was worth $15.99. grocery store has bigger ribs than what wasserved at my visit. Read more

We've been here before and because the food is so good we tend to come back from time to time. The atmosphere was chill and... greeter at the door was ok. The food was great as usual but our waitress was very horrible. Just wasn't giving out table muchattention, and it wasn't crowded. She had like three tables but wasn't on the floor as much. When she did come put she'd go toone table, check on them, then disappear. We wait like 15 minutes to get our check after we were done eating. We will visitagain but if she's our waitress we'll probably leave Read more
