I agree with Shannon as I experience this store has terrible customer service, I'm a doordasher and I've had an order for 20... minutes before arriving to pick up and they just got the order when I asked apparently then got shifty with me and told me Icould either wait or have another driver come and get it. I will recommend all my customers to avoid ordering from thislocation. And your automated response to my concern will not help because it doesn't fix the problem it doesn't make anyone feelbetter because we all know your not going to make the necessary changes to remedy the problem terrible employees. Worse Casey's EVER!!!! This is the 3rd time we've ordered pizza and go to pick it up, to only find out there weren't vegetables.... I understand (somewhat) when you are out of something, but wait to tell me until I pick it up? And more than once. Bademployees, bad management, even worse service. Read more
Over past 5 months every time I've tried to call (more than a dozen times) to place an order or address an order placed because... Door Dash is calling me saying they can't find the store or because it doesn't register on their gps they can't pick the orderup, the store NEVER answers the phone. They have never once answered their phone! I've never experienced a Casey's as bad asthis one. Read more
The last two delivery orders here have been a nightmare with door dash hand off ordered through caseys. Some kind of address... issue when the order is handed off to door dash the don't get a pick up address or a wrong one. Do yourself a favor and avoidordering for delivery from caseys and skip the aggravation Read more
Terrible managers. Parked the truck for the offload in front of the store in the handicap spots. Had to help a gentleman with... one leg and a walker walk down the sidewalk from the opposite side of the building because they had the semi truck parked rightin front so they can put the ramp from the truck inside the building so they can stay warm and make the job easier all the whilewhile handicapped customers have to walk down an icy sidewalk with a walker and one leg. I said something about it to them andthey did not care. Said that?s just how it is. This is the laziest thing I have seen in a long time. Boone should park in ahandicapped spot but handicapped people. Not your delivery truck so your life is easier. Tall white guy and short black womanworking there should be fired. I used to really like their pizza, today I ordered a pizza, arrived to pick it up. There wasn?t anyone at the pizza counter, so... I got my drink like normal went to the register and said hey I had an online order. She pointed me over to the pizza counter. Iwaited an additional few minutes to no avail. I waited some more and was still left with no pizza. After 12 minutes of waiting Ileft. It appeared my pizza had been made, and I?m confused as to why no one tendered the pizza, I am however grateful I orderedit to be payed for upon arrival, and not before. Carmen is great, she's friendly and helpful. Is nice to be recognized when you go in. All of the folks who work here are nice... and pleasant. Great service and that's hard to find anymore at alot of businesses. Read more
