Good ingredients with options for those with food intolerances. They have Cauliflower Crust as a low carb option, as well as... dairy free cheese. Asked a few locals where the go-to pizza place was and decided to give this a try. We decided to try it, considering the... BYO/subway-like concept. They were really good! Great staff and it only took 5-10 minutes, or as long as it needed to make itsway through the oven. You could choose your own unlimited sauces and veggies, as well as meats (comes with 1 free). Cheap prices(8.70 for 11? personal-thin) and tastes great! Wish they labeled prices next to the special picks to avoid any ambiguity. Shouldtry combos as well. I am so happy we found this place! We are in town for one night and had a taste for pizza. There's plenty of pizza options in... the area but noted the build your own pizza concept and decided on it. Soooooooo freaking good!! Choose your own sauce, meat andveggies. They make them to order in front of you and bake it in a rapid oven. Super affordable, the big-zip was $8.75. Nice little pizza concept. Kind of like the Subway of pizza places only really tasty, lol. All the pizzas are personal size with... two different size thin crusts and a 7" square pan crust. They also have a cauliflower crust option & gluten free choices.Plenty of variety when it comes to sauces and toppings. It was pretty busy while we were there and the employees were alsounfortunately dealing with some difficult customers but they handled everything quickly and professionally. This may be a bias review, I've been to another restaurant with the same concept but much better. I decided to stop by again and... give it another shot since my first time here was underwhelming. It wasn't as bad as I remember. The pizza wasn't too bad, thepizza crust or dough was crunchy in parts but in some areas it felt too dough-y or undercooked. I don't like the fact that thesauce is swirled on instead of spread on the dough, in my opinion it feel like it affects the outcome, the sauce is noteven. The ingredient selection is also a little limited compared to other places. There was a line but that was expectedespecially during lunch time. The places was clean and service was good. Read more
