This is the SLOWEST drive through I have ever sat in... even worst I did not order after waiting 5 mins at the order station and... then found out there was NO WAY to exit the drive thru except wait in line to get to the pick up window. I will never stop hereagain. Read more

I'm only giving Arby's, 2 stars, for the simple fact is that you can only go through drive-through to order and get anything. As... for service I am 50/50, there there were times that I have come through the drive-through and the employees acted as if theywere paying for the food that I was ordering you did not get good food nor good service and there has been other times where thefood and the service were both excellent. I mean for the price you pay. I used to love the roast beef and cheddar, and the regular roast beef sandwiches. But the quality... has seemed to gone down hill over time. The last several times I have been the meat was black and burned, and the buns were hardand over cooked also. The sliders for a buck during 2-5pm hally hour are still a good deal and usually tasty.
