Well, the hours are listed until 11pm. The first time we tried we were greeted with a hand made sign that said "due to short... staffing we closed at 8." **** Update? What Happened TB ??? Ordered Door Dash pickup. Waited 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru line to pick up my order... because the front doors were locked. By the time I got my order it was cold and my Baja Freeze was melted. There must be abetter way to get your paid online orders without waiting in the damn drive thru line!! **** Super Fast and Accurate Servicethe other Taco Bell?s in the area could learn a few tricks from. I ordered a chicken power bowl, no rice, add potatoes. The bowl contained ONLY lettuce, chicken, & potatoes. No beans, no sauce,... no sour cream, no tomatoes, no guacamole - nada! Also, despite a big sign in the window that read ?DINING ROOM OPEN,? it wasclosed. I saw at least 6 people pull up and try to get in while waiting on our order. Read more
Drove up at about 6:45 pm, drive thru line was super long but I got in it. Then after about 5 minutes of the line not moving, I... parked and attempted to go inside. Lobby was closed before 7pm... so I left. Obvious staffing issues and it's unfortunatebecause this is the only fast food place for quite a few blocks and it's a brand new location. New store, thought I'd grab a quick toxic hell taco, but..., twice now I've come to locked doors in the middle of the day (lunch... time, early supper time). And twice I left to find real food elsewhere. Probably not paying staff a living wage, so alwaysshort-staffed. Here's a helpful hint for businesses, people aren't lazy, they DO want to work, but they want to work for aLIVABLE WAGE. That's why we look for jobs, to make money. Trying to find a phone number on here to see if I make the 11 minute drive back over there I can actually pick up my mobile... order this time, not someone else?s like they apparently gave me the first time. I ordered a veggie burrito and a potato softtaco, because I don?t eat red meat. Got a beefy burrito, nachos and a beef chalupa. Nice. 3rd time in a row Taco Bell has gottenmy vegetarian order wrong, but I never receive anything back, just wasted money on food I can?t eat. Read more
The two ladies working at this location on Saturday 12/3/22 were amazing. They were short staffed and they took care of the... drive through line very well even though it was really long. They got my order correct and were very kind. Due to the shortstaffing they closed a little early and some scumbag got mad and drove in through the drive through the wrong way blocking mein. They handled the situation very well. He was refusing to leave and they took care of it in a way that allowed the situationto difuse safely.
