They do not honor their hours. I have mow driven 3 seperate times from Boulder to here because they assured me each time would... be different. I placed am online order each time and after I drove ALL the way there I was told they had closed early andalready cleaned up. And then today they didn't even have someone there to tell me that after I placed the online order. Theygave me coupons for free tacos but what good are they if they aren't open to use them ? Let alone the gad to drive there. Andhaving to wait 3 to 5 business days to return money to my card but they take it instantaneously despite them not going to makemy order. Should have looked at the reviews. Seems like a pattern here. Sat in line patiently for over 30 minutes, for apparently no... reason. They were well staffed inside and still couldn?t get my order right. They left out items completely and other stuff wasleft so greasy and open that they leaked and it stained my passenger seat. It?s just frustrating to have been patient and politewith them for them to seem to have no care for their customer service. Read more
this is the WORST, slowest establishment ever. i came here on my 30 min break to order 1 small fountain drink and 1 burrito and... only left with my burrito 20 min into my break and didn?t even get to eat it. i tried asking for the cup for the fountain drinkafter they handed me my burrito for 5 whole minutes they ignored me the ENTIRE time. plus there was only 2 employees there, 1was working taking her sweet whole time while the other one was standing right behind her on her phone. i am NEVER coming hereagain.
