Every time me or my boyfriend go through the drive thru,our order is never right. Yesterday went before work ordered to venti... drinks and received talls. Wouldn't be an issue if they had given a recite before shutting the window on him. I went through the drive through and while I was sitting there for several minutes, all 4 people behind the counter proceeded to... glare at me from inside the building. Several minutes go by and finally someone comes to the window, still hasn't greeted me orsaid a word. This man took my payment and gave me drinks without saying anything. I'm sorry, but usually a customer should begreeted, and at the very minimum they should be telling me what my total is, that's just the bare minimum of what should havehappened. I've worked as a barista for years, I know know it's like to be busy and ive never been so put off by another coffeeshop, EVER!. I'm just glad i didn't go inside, because I would have been more disgusted by the employees and the way they chooseto treat people. I've been people written up or fired for this kind of behavior so it was surprising that this was permitted atsuch a reputable chain. Read more
A model example for a Starbies. Nice lighting. Large space for plenty of people. Good music (they are playing Prince right now).... Nice temperature. Friendly, pro staff. Lots of power outlets. Just come get a drink and a snack and see for yourself. Read more
This is by far one of the best drive through Starbucks I have been too. I have been going here for years now! They always listen... to my order and have never messed it up. They also give good suggestions if they are out of what you normally like. Read more
Friendly. Drive thru. In the Walmart parking lot. Blinding Summer Sun. Out of everything. Long long lines. My review is not... based on their products. It is based on service and how this location differs from other locations in the franchise. 7/3/19Update: Summer sun shines directly on the order screen until late afternoon. The screen is pointless. I've not been able to readit once. They should probably plant a large tree on the passenger side. It also seems like they have a difficult time hearingthe order. It could be the 287 traffic. I'm not sure. A tree or 2 would help this also. The mornings aren't terrible but itseems to slow after 10am. Order accuracy, for me, is about 70% of the time. Again, I'm a daily to multiple times a daycustomer. My order is the same every day. So take your time to test a sip before you drive away. Update 12/29/19 Overall I'munimpressed with this location. It's a gamble. Every single time I visit this location they're out of something in my order.Today I arrived at 10am and they had already dumped their coffee. I'm not a fan of "coffee houses" that don't actually sellCOFFEE. Starbucks is supposed to carry dark roast until 11am. The barista stated "we dumped it already". By now I'm used tovisiting two Starbucks each time I choose this location. I feel this needs a review update so you can expect the same. It's been8 months since my first visit. I can comfortably say at this point that this location is below average for the Starbucksfranchise. I've been inside a few times but generally do the drive thru. It's always chaos. They are either short staffed orshort on supplies. I hope a coffee house that actually sells coffee will open near me soon. In the meantime, I'll be heading toStarbucks locations along I25. Read more
