I usually really love coming to this location, just because I live and work close, everyone is always super friendly, orders are... always correct, etc. I've never had a poor experience until today, which is why I don't want to leave a bad review, I still dorecommend people visit this location. Today was just unpleasant because everything my family had ordered had some minor issue.One Frappuccino was almost entirely whipped cream, and missing chocolate drizzle, two more weren't quite what was ordered. Thepastries we ordered were supposed to be warmed, they were not, and one was even still packaged. The girl at the register didn'twant to scan a qr code at first, thinking it was the wrong one, and was going to let us leave before we even paid. Anyone elsemight have left without saying anything, leaving the store lacking 5 drinks and two pastries worth of pay. We really doappreciate how well things usually are, and we will be returning, we just hope things are back to normal, and better next time. Read more

They are consistently closing earlier than their posted hours. I understand it's hard to get employees right now but either... change your official hours or pay your employees more so they show up to work. Drinks are so expensive ofc you can afford to payyour employees more. Its impossible to plan anything when businesses consistently change their hours on the fly. Wouldn'trecommend coming here or at the very least call ahead to find out if their open. Read more

This is a very unorganized location. Twice, we ordered bulk items for our events and both times they ?forgot? to peewee it. The... second time, while we were waiting, asked if they could give us coffee since it was going to be a while and they asked us to payfor that too! Customer is not the king at this location. Quick drive-thru experience, but need to pay a little more attention in the headset, and from one fellow barista to another,... don't forget the sleeves for hot teas and hot venti drinks! Read more

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!!! All their employees are so nice and friendly they always make you feel welcomed. They also have a... great connection with customers and positive attitudes.Elizabeth truly cares for her employees. They always make my complicateddrink on point. This is hands down the nicest Starbucks in the area. One day a barista noticed I had been a frequent customer and showed... initiative beyond her role by introducing herself during quieter hours. I found this to be quite a pleasant and friendly gesturewhich represents the overall kindness of the staff and ambiance of this particular Starbucks. On that note, Molly aka "The SuperBarista of South Boulder" ROCKS and the rest of the staff is truly exceptional! They are always literally on the grind with thedrive thru and in-store customers. Love the new place. Not as crowded as the old location. Plenty of seating for everyone including handicapped. It's huge but... still not as big as the Greenwood Village location. This location does have meeting room seating with a large table for 12people. This location now has a drive through. Diabetic-friendly food options available. Read more
