I have been to this location of Noodles and Company many times and the last 3 times I have gotten the wrong order brought to my... table. The food is good but I would not count on the service being the same. There also could be more efficiency in dealing withorders. I had to wait a really long time for my food to be ready and there was no wait when I ordered. When it was finallyready, it was way beyond the time prediction given by the staff working there. Been coming here for about a year, have dined in and out. Noticed every time that if you order out they give you way less meat.... It?s the strangest thing.. I?m telling you if you order to go they give you 25% less meat.. I thought it was a coincidence andtested it out with my girlfriend out of pure boredom and it?s actually a thing here. I mean.. are the employees getting in onthe corporate profits?? What the heck? Ordered a buff chicken mac here yesterday and had only about 4 bites of chicken withundercooked hard stale noodles to try and make up for it. Worse place to eat ever!!! Waited 30 minutes to get my entire order wrong have 2 kids so loading them up and driving back wasn?t... a option. Called got hung up multiple times then same girl answered and said hold on guy get on and said phones are goin waitand hangs up. Not from around the area and the app was being a pain to work with so when entering this restaurant it was amazing to be met... with such great customer service. I did only get one bowl of Mac & cheese but they were super friendly and quick service. Evenoffered me a cup for water while I waited. Great team and an amazing young gentleman at the register! How can the same branch mess up orders so many times? Chicken in a vegetarian Japanese pan noodle order, spaghetti with hardly... any sauce and a burnt tomato basil bisque. The experience is indescribably horrible Read more
Something about the sauce in the Japanese Pan fried noodles had me miserable for hours after eating and it seemed to be too... light in the veggies, especially since I did not add any protein. There was no more than 1 broccoli floret chopped into thetiniest prices and some shredded carrots. Any other veggies that were or were supposed to be in there were too few or too tinyto notice. My companion's chicken noodle soup was good however very very short on the broth. The service was amazinglyfriendly. Super staff - can't stress that enough. Read more
