This used to be a excellent sub shop. But my last three orders were messed up. Definately dont use the app either because... apparently they dont know how to read it. When I spoke to the manager she was rude and incompetant. She claimed I paid with agift card when I paid with my credit card. She also said she could not concentrate and couldn't figure out how to refund mysandwich. It used to be worth the money but not anymore. It's extremely overpriced. Would give 0 stars if I could, went in 25-30 minutes before closing and they "already cleaned the slicer" so they wouldn't make... any cold subs. Saw more people walk in and try to order after we left too so they lost at least 6 customers tonight. If you'regoing to close early at least turn off your open sign. Read more
I just want to start by saying that I absolutely adore Jersey Mike's and will not eat subs anywhere else. That being said I went... in recently to get myself a number 26. I went into the restaurant at about 7:30 but the staff member named Cedric was very veryrude to me. This person claims to be a manager of this location but I could not find any evidence of his title while I wasthere. This person was yelling at children in the store as I was walking in. Whoever actually runs this store needs to teachthis person what customer service is because it's obvious he's never worked in the food industry. Read more
Bought a few of the favorite subs for the family at this location I've never been too. Love how clean and new the store is.... Fantastic food as always however there's this staff member Cedarick..... Please do this location a favor and fire the guy. Thisperson claims to be a manager but does not have the title or something?. I witnessed this guy talk down to my kids I'm notreally happy about it whoever owns this place needs to talk to him about how customer service works because he clearly has neverworked in the customer service field.
