They didn't have any seating. It's probably a leftover COVID thing but we wanted to sit with coffee and a bagel. Then when we... got just coffee, they only had medium and dark roast. Why don't more places have a light roast? So we got the medium roast andit ran out while I was filling my cup. Not happy with the whole experience. Read more

Ordered an everything bagel with lox, onion, capers ? no tomato. Got a plain bagel with lox, capers, and tomato ? no onion.... Called and said I had been there about 20 minutes ago and gotten a wrong order. Was told they were closed 20 minutes ago.Obviously, they were open when I was there because I did get a bagel! No real apology or offer to do anything to make it right.Really disappointing. Guess I?ll get my bagels elsewhere! Read more

They literally parked an empty car in the drive thru so that no one can use it. We sat there a while waiting. All because they... ran out of bagels, apparently? Lol I'm trying to feed my friend before I take him to the emergency room right now. Absolutelyridiculous, and the food was ready underwhelming. Read more

The one time I ate here, the food was very mediocre, and the service was bad. I also deliver for Doordash, and have had numerous... bad experiences with the staff here, but today something happened that prompted me to finally write a review. I received a fouritem order for their customer, and was 15 minutes away. I drove across town anyway to pick up the order. When I finally arrived, they had a small line, so I figured they might not have the order ready, so I asked the counter when I could expect the order tobe ready to go. The exact response I received was: "it's a huge order, and we prioritize our in- house customers. We're notgoing to start it yet, and we don't know when we're going to get to it." -remember, four items and fifteen minutes. I guess thisplace is okay for one sandwich, but if you want something bigger than that,or want to have your order delivered, expect thestaff here to treat you AND your delivery driver like complete garbage. They don't treat their customers or their businessassociates with any respect. Personally, I'd much rather drive the five minutes and go to either Moe's or Big Daddies. The foodis a lot better at either of those places, and so is the service. Read more

What a sorry excuse for a Lox bagel. There's barley any cream cheese on it at all. I got 1 ring of an onion. And barley any... capers. Just went back inside to fix my order, the cashier saw me with my food and turned around and walked away from me. Aftercalling someones attention to ask for more toppings all she did was give me more capers, didn't even apologize and was verystandoffish. No cream cheese even though that's what I asked her for and showed her how my bagel was barley smeared. No napkinsin the bag for my door dash pickup either. And the place isn't even busy. $14 and I can't even get adequate toppings on a bagel, come on guys ?????????If being there and having to get my food fixed hadn't already made me late for a work meeting I would haveinsisted on a refund right then. To top it off I also just pulled a piece of ripped plastic glove out of my mouth that was inmy sandwich ???? I want my money back. Read more
