My wife ordered 2 orders of egg bites. The server asked is that one order of two, or two orders. She said 2 orders. After... waiting 15 minutes and having 7 other customers after her get their orders, 1 order of egg bites came out. My wife said where ismy other and another server said you only ordered one. She said no I specifically ordered two. The original server said ?Oh yea,I screwed up?. No I am sorry or apology. There were 3 guys working Tues 9/20 @7:45. All 3 were privy to what went on. Verypoor representation for this store. We have been very loyal customers, but will not visit this branch any more. I will howevergive a 5 star review to the manager of the other store In Lafayette, Ananda, who I mentioned this to, and immediately apologizedand said she was sorry. Read more

Clean restrooms and the service makes ordering my favorite coffee easy. Thank you Alex for always making my drink perfect.

Service is great, they can immediately help you out in line. Drink is satisfactory, and they get it out in about 4-8 minutes.... Just a little bit overpriced but that's for all starbucks so I can't deduct any stars. Read more

Parking is horrible, there is a small tiny lot with not enough parking spaces on a steep hill, street parking is not ample or... readily available and its noisy. Granted its located on the main street of MT. Diablo Blvd, one would think that it would bequieter, being that its in Lafayette, not a city city, its not active or alive or life giving. The baristas were typically niceand friendly, there is plenty of patio seating, not very good for computer work unless outlets and/plugs are not needed. Butmore appropriate for face to face conversations. Read more

Staff was polite, as soon as I walked in the guy cleaning the floor stopped to give a welcoming smile. I really appreciated that... :-) Unfortunately this Starbucks was minimally stocked, nearly every baked good and lunch item was sold out which were the onlythings I came for. Kind of a smaller location, even the tables looked miniature. The tables were very dirty too which is myreason for the 3 stars. Read more

Spent the day in San Francisco, had a sore throat and needed some coffee or hot chocolate. Decided to stop here on the way back... home but they were closed! At 6:43 pm On a Saturday they were closed!! That?s is just ridiculous, Starbucks doesn?t typicallyclose until like 9 pm so why does this particular one close so early?! Really needed something warm to drink, very disappointed! Read more

I was here on a busy Sunday late-morning. But not sure it really needed to be that busy. There were only 2 baristas and they... were very slow. I tried the croissant breakfast sandwich. It turned into an open face sandwich in the bag. The ingredients wereall very good, but the sandwich lacked condiments, therefore moisture. Read more
