For years, I wished for a pho place to open up in Lafayette. Pho Benny right opened up right before Covid opposite Trader... Joe?s. Wide selection of delicious food, beautiful spacious spotlessly clean interior. Delicious and fresh in a tranquil and very clean setting. I love their Organic Tofu Spring Rolls which I order almost every... time. Their rolls have mint leaves in them, which other places often leave out and the peanut sauce is warm.
