Charged us incorrectly, didn?t understand us when we were telling them it was wrong. Tried to fix the problem by giving us... buffalo sauce. The employees were listening to inappropriate music very loudly. Only one of them understood English. Just avoidit, go to a better run location. Read more
Kid at the register threw away my receipt, then asked if I wanted it. I said yes, and he replied he didn't know how to get it.... That set the tone. Food is overpriced (at McDonalds, of all places?) and not even competently done. Both items had burned buns.Not coming back. Recommend you don't either. Read more
A worker Lilly was very rude to my husband! He was trying to tell her that we are missing a burger and she cut him saying... everything is there. We showed her the receipt and she said nothing. She went back in and brought us a burger like she was doingus a favor! No apology nothing! Never go there again. Read more
This is hands down the best McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. After reading all the reviews, I can?t help but laugh at the audacity... of the people leaving them. Their complaints lack any self awareness and the internet should be revoked for them. They are soquick here and friendly and professional. Their fries are the saltiest and their coke is the crispest. I?ve had so many different experiences each time I come here. I do go with no expectations but to get the food I order and fresh... fries and yet they still have a tendency to mistake my order or forget to place something inside my bag or the water bottles arealways forgotten and have to drive back or go inside to ask for them. I?ve had some complaints about the food being messy,sloppy, smashed, or missing ingredients. Maybe out of 10 times only 1 time is when they don?t forget something and it?s usuallythe night shift past 7pm but the staff don?t seem too chatty or grateful to have customers. I say ?Thank you!? and they juststare or walk off like they don?t want to speak. Customer service sucks. Not too friendly here at this place. When you call tospeak to management you rarely get an answer. They have restrooms. When you ask for sauce, they tend to get an attitude and lookup, I?m assuming at the times but I?d ask before they hand me my food and still forget to place it in. I?d be willing to driveto further to another McDonald?s instead of this just because of the horrible customer service. Read more
The service at this location is way too slow, the cup they gave me was dirty, and the ice they put in my cup had dirt in it.... Yuck! ???? After my first order, I did another order at the kiosk and it printed me a receipt to take to the counter and thelady told me she will be with me in a minute. That minute turned into 20 minutes. When I had purchased my drink from the firstorder I threw the cup away and said I am not going to even bother drink this. So if you have a taste for McDonald's do not go tothis location. Read more
I originally had rated this McDonald's 4 stars. I ordered two double quarter pounder meals large with drinks easy ice. Every... other restaurant fills the cup even with easy ice. They didn't even fill it up. They also told me that this is how it is witheasy ice. If I pay $23 dollars for burgers and fries, the decency thing to do is at least fill the drinks. Read more
