Found a quiet little table for two and enjoyed our morning kick of caffeine. The ambience is lively but not overbearing,... creating the perfect spot for gatherings and intimate conversations. The coffee was delicious. We will be back to indulge insome of the wonderful looking pastries ?. Read more

Went for brunch here. Outdoor seating. Very casual but crowded. You can get drinks, coffee, and cocktails. Very slow service... though...waited over 20 minutes just to get a burrito breakfast, arrghhh! Burritos were okay. Read more
I had much higher hopes for this place based on the other reviews and the great outdoor seating place, but after trying it, I... have to give it a solid "Meh -" (that's a Meh minus) The waffles could have been passable if they weren't covered in a thickcinnamon sugar coating. The yogurt was soupy and flavor less. I had a side of eggs too that was passable but it's hard to messup scrambled eggs. And the coffee was weak and flavorless. I hope they improve as I will try them again just to make sure myfirst try here wasn't a fluke. Read more
It turns out that CoffeeShop is part of the Lafayette Public House which is a restaurant that offers food and drinks besides... coffee and pastries. Great location and atmosphere for a restaurant with big outside patios, but I was expecting a more intimatecoffee shop vibe. Had a cappuccino (good) and a coffee cake (a bit too sweet) during my quick visit, service was friendly andprices are reasonable. Read more
Love the outdoor space here! Went for breakfast and coffee on a sunny fall day, and we couldn't have had a better experience.... Staff was relaxed and playful and responsive, coffee was very good, and the avocado smash and farm breakfast sandwich weretasty. There were enough people around for energy, but we still felt enough privacy to have meaningful conversation. We'll beback! Read more
