We live in Duncan, but are more than happy to do the drive to Ladysmith to get this pizza ????. It is SO good. Loads, and I... mean loads of toppings, the best crust I've had, and the staff are all so friendly and hard working. The prices are fair andworth every penny. Try this pizza people, you won't be disappointed. Read more

Their pasta sucks? Like really bad. It?s tiny portions, doesn?t taste good, the garlic bread had barely any garlic or butter on... it and they were massive chunks of bread. Just under $30 for two portions that weren?t even big enough for two adults, and someplain bread. The pizza, however, is delicious. I?ll never order pasta from here again though Read more

The pizza was good and I?d rate it 4/5. But I was in picking up pizza during the first heatwave of the summer and I was shocked... they were open. It was 35 degrees outside and as soon as I walked into the pickup area it was around 10 degrees more inside!! Ithink more needs to be done for the health and safety of the staff working there, such as an air conditioning unit, hopefully agood amount of breaks to cool down & hydrate? or close. I would hope this is addressed for the future or close on the days youknow it?s going to be hot! Improve the above and I?d be leaning closer to the 5. Read more

The best vegan pizza we have ever had was made by Roberts Street Pizza. We ordered a Garden Veggie with non-dairy cheese and it... was delicious! It was proudly given to us in a box with a smile from one of the employees! We also enjoyed eating the pizzaoutside in the cute and cozy little garden area next to the pizza factory on the picnic bench. :-) Read more

Worst pizza and worst customer service. Took 10mins for them to get off the phone to take our order, then we waited right at the... place for over an hour. They took my name and number and I don't know why because when I went to ask how much longer it wouldbe, the fellow that took my order handed them straight to me and gave me a strange look as though it was my fault we werewaiting so long. I also had to ask for the drinks we ordered and paid for. When we received the pizza, it was soggy and as soonas my husband lifted a slice all his toppings fell off. On top of that we never received our dips we ordered and paid for butdidn't realize until we got back to our campsite and never received an apology for the long wait either. If I could give 0stars, I would. Went to McDs and dumped the pizzas! Save your money, don't go here. The facility itself is lovely but they needto change their attitude towards customers. Read more

Well I never thought a pizza could have too much piled on, but on my first try of Roberts Street that is what I found. Got a... Boss and a House pizza and they were overloaded to the point you had trouble eating the pizza by hand. Also, the toppingsoverpowered the sauce and cheese. I like lots of toppings but you need to keep a balance so you can still enjoy the sauce andcheese. I will give them another shot sometime and maybe try something with only 2 or three toppings. The positive to all thisis two pieces and I was full so lots of leftovers. The price was reasonable and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Read more

While visiting family in Ladysmith we ordered a couple medium pizzas. Honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had. Tons of... toppings, delicious crust. Very reasonably priced as well. If they had one at home I'd order it all the time! Read more
