The drive thru line wait around lunch time was about a 10-minute wait. The customer service agent got most of our orders... correct. We luckily went through all the bags before leaving the drive thru to determine which items were missing. Overall theexperience was very good. Read more

The food is usually good here but, even with a sweater on, it's uncomfortably cold in this place! We usually go here with a... group of 6 or 8 friends for dinner after playing shuffleboard. We miss the nice young man who used to diligently keep thetables and floors clean. Read more
Rarely Give 1 Star but all I can say is UGH! Every table was dirty. Drink station Dirty. Both meals ordered, barely warm.... Fries tasted old. Staff was not friendly at all. Looks like we were bothering the cashier. Another who placed the burgers onthe tray did so and just looked at us and did not say one word. They were not busy at all as there was only 1 other table thathad customers. I even heard another group saying how gross the tables were as they were cleaning it. Read more
Went in to order on 7/31/2022 at about 6:45 PM. Overheard a customer ask for ketchup and an employee told them that they were... totally out of ketchup. We promptly left without placing an order. I personally know that well managed restaurants, will buythings such as ketchup, lettuce, onions etc., at the local grocery store upon an occasional lack of stock such as that. HeinzKetchup is sold at ALL local grocery stores, they could have easily sent an employee to buy ketchup and dispensed it out inlittle cups upon request. There is no excuse for any location that sells burgers and fries to be "out of ketchup". Read more
Wendys of The Villages. Easily seen from the street, also has drive through. No hours posted that I could see. Typical Wendy's... with their standard menu. This restaurant has handicap accessible entrance, parking and restrooms. We found it clean and wellattended. As we ordered I noticed the kitchen staff checking all the food temperatures and equipment. So it is nice to see thata regular kitchen schedule was being done by their food service employees. The wait was not long for our order to be taken orour food to be given. Our food came out hot, both chili and chicken nuggets. The hamburger was correctly made to order. Not sure about the food at this location as I haven't eaten anything from here, but I do have a family member that eats... breakfast here pretty regularly and loves it. What I think is amazing is the customer service the morning crew gives my familymember, as it truly makes his day knowing they know his order before he finishes it. Truly appreciate the 8:30-10am weekdaystaff that recognize him and treat him so well -- truly makes his day:) Read more
