I would not recommend this location. We came to the drive through at 11:50pm. The store hours clearly say the drive through is... open until 12:00am and the dining room closes at 11:30pm. We sat at the drive through for 5 minutes then circled around thestore. Clearly you could see a white female with brown hair cleaning the store. We then circled back around and waited andcalled the store with no answer. When we returned to the window we saw the same female again who saw us then ran away. Rightafter two young white makes came to the locked window to tell us they never serve food after 11:30pm because they have to puteverything away. Even though the hours say until 12:00am they said this is only for the ?drive through register? and it?ssomething to do with their system. How this makes any sense I don?t know. Terrible experience, I spent extra money for extra chicken & alvacado ranch sauce on TWO power bowls, didn?t get that one was... half way full & the other also didn?t get gauc, tomatoes nor sour cream & the big manager wanted to tell me my order was correct& there was nothing he would do. I will NOT be back. You don?t deserve service if you can?t even get a simple order correct.It?s not rocket science. Read more
Awful, they were playing you could hear it when placing the order and at the window. The young lady gave us the bag when I look... inside everything was in bottom of the bag. Lettuce tomatoes there wasn't any meat it was stuck in hard shell it wasn't but afinger full. I show it to her and said everything in bottom of bag. She just look at me and say nothing! The last time we came here as a family it was a fantastic this this trip tonight however was very brief we didn't even make it... in the door. There's two employees sitting on the curb and we parked got out of the car walked to the door to find out that itwas locked the sign on the door says 10:00 p.m. for lobby. I interrupted the employees conversation politely and asked what timethe lobby closed. The two employees looked at each other confused and then replied I don't know 8:00 it was 7:45 at the time ofmy arrival. I stated that it was not yet 8:00 and they said well we don't know what to tell you other than you'll have to gothrough the drive-thru. They gave no other concern to me or my family and just went back to their conversation, they must havehired the lackluster team from next door at Burger King. I usually use the drive thru and eat in my car at this place but we opted to go inside recently. The cashier was unexperienced... and needed help with our simple order ... it was obvious that he hadn't been properly trained. Then, while we were seated andeating, the staff were talking (yelling) disturbingly loudly to each other. This was not a pleasant place to relax and enjoy ameal.
