Ordered online. Strawberry poppyseed salad. Pick two Mediterranean veggy with chicken noodle soup. Got order home few noodles in... soup NO CHICKEN in it. Salted to extreme. Sandwich was sloppily thrown together. Salad had NO CHICKEN.Not used to his from otherPanera locations. Someone needs to get their act together there. Very bad experience at this location. I was ordering a warm bowl and cashier said the discount I had was for soup. I didn?t want... soup so I proceeded with order a Mac and cheese bowl. She then said my discount would work for mac and cheese bowl. Anotherassociate said no it?s for the original bowl she wanted. So I said ok I want Baja chicken warm bowl and mac and cheese bowl. Sheasked if I wanted large for mac and cheese bowl I said yes please. Once food was ready they had only made a large Mac andcheese, no bowl. I questioned it and the cook got very rude and said if you want the bowl I have to take back half the mac andcheese. I said I?m sorry I don?t understand. She said only half the amount of mac and cheese goes in a bowl. She said I can gopurchase a bread bowl on the side or she can take back half the Mac and cheese and give me a bowl. I said we just want to trythe bowl. She continued to argue with me. I then said can I trade my chips for piece of bread at least. I then sat down to eatand my warm rice bowl was disgusting. There were two huge chunks of hard rice. Like as in half the rice was hard and stucktogether like a brick. I went in to speak to a manger and long behold the manager was the rude cook. She said do you want it remade or a refund. I proceeded to eat the bowl well at least what was edible of it. Won?t go back to this location. The wholestaff needs retraining. Read more
We frequent the store at Sumter Landing - and have never eaten here. Friendly staff, seems to us larger - and the selection of... danish was greater here than at Sumter Landing. Fuji Chicken salads were perfect, store was cleanish (as best as they ever are).We ate in and had real dishes and metal utensils - as opposed to Sumter Landing - which for some time was sering DINE IN - withtakeout food - in plastic tins, plastic utensils and salad dressing separate. WE WILL BE BACK to Spanish Springs store again. Read more
The staff are aware of the guests and are ready to serve. When you're unsure of what you want they're willing to help you and... they're knowledgeable of their menu. Which is a great service. There is plenty of seating inside and out. It's a great place ifyou just want to grab a book and sit and read or if you want to gather with friends and have a quiet cup of coffee. Read more
Great offering of coffee, cakes and bread, etc. Finally found a place that does a strong Coffee Latte, although it did have an... extra shot. Reasonably priced for such good quality. Lots of seating inside and out. Very helpful staff and had a real vibe as aplace to meet and chat. Read more
We had lunch sitting outside on the patio today with a nice view of the shops. Everything was really good and came out exactly... as ordered. Very Convenient location . This was our first visit, today at approximately 4:30 pm. Just wanted a couple of hot drinks and snacks. Asking for a green tea... and a coffee. Our server brought an iced drink and a coffee cup. When we explained that we wanted a hot green tea she said thatwas it. I then had to purchase another drink, don't know what happened to the iced tea. Our server took it and that was the endof it. All this time we never received a smile or a thank you. It seemed as though we were a burden on her. I don't know why sheis in the hospitality industry because she certainly not friendly to customers and definitely costing the business money. Read more
