You need to get people that know how to follow directions. I ordered 2 orders of chow mein noodles, super greens, and Beyond... chicken. And after telling them this 4 times, they still tried to give me one plate with 2 orders of Beyond chicken. Even afterexplaining I didn't want two orders of chicken in the same plate, they responded, "so you want a bowl?" I will never go to thislocation again. Read more
So panda has for sure gone down I. Quality employee wise and food wise. No longer do they have food ready half the time if you... ask them for something that is suppose to be out they don't want to cook guess what you don't get it! Also they no longer havesweet n sour sauce ready to be cupped or packets! Plus no teriyaki chicken. When they do have food it is the very bottom withmostly vegetables and they will serve you 1 piece of meat with 20 vegetables and then want to upcharge you because it's "premiumentree" with 1 piece of meat! It is by far the most dissapointing panda express I have ever been to and it's my favorite placeto eat fast food. Unfortunately I will never ever go to this one again. Staff isn't ever friendly, your plate/bowls are always amess with some type of sauce or food all over the outside of it. I was pleasently surprised that the food quality was better than my last visit 6 months ago. The drive thru was fast, easy &... accurate. The value for my meals was very good. Large portions allowed us to eat 2-3 meals from each bigger box. The sweet firechicken is delicious, spicy chicken & pineapple. Think, orange chicken add hot sauce, pineapple & peppers.
