Good food, good atmosphere, service dismal. Need to train staff to be both plesant and helpful and not just at tipping time.

We took our sister out for her Birthday on June 7th. Our reservation was for 5:45 PM The last time we ate at Orange Blossom... Hills Golf and Country Club the food was very good as was the service. This trip not so much! The Butter fish was good, and sowere the coconut Shrimp. We were not told the fact that there was no Brussels sprouts until the start of our order taking. Thewaitress was rude a few times with the ladies in our group. Her attitude changed when she brought out our Birthday Cake for mysister. So disappointing! Made a reservation and asked to be seated outside by the pool. When we arrived we were told they don?t take... reservation for the outside area and it would be a 45 minute wait. Took 35 minutes before our drinks arrived - after theappetizer. Never got any water. Ordered the strawberry avocado salad (mainly because it came with goat cheese) it had cheddarcheese instead. Another person ordered the prime rib sandwich and onion rings. Got a hamburger and french fries. We had to?discuss? with the manager to get compensated instead of him offering to comp our meal because of all the mix ups. Will not beback!!!!! Read more

Fantastic day! Sat at the pool. They are super busy and some people seem to run the servers ragged without caring. Servers... smile through all of it and my server, Chris, was happy everytime I asked him for something. (The order and the check) As a fulltime resident (but seriously my first time here) I will be back! Read more
