This used to be one of my favorite place even though it?s more expensive than most McDonald?s. They used to be able to bring the... food to your table which was nice now they don?t now they just call you up with a number one of the workers has their kid thereconstantly who?s sitting there coloring all day and I?m talking about a five-year-old it?s kind of ridiculous. When I placed my order today the app ordered 4 oatmeal and one sausage Mc muffin and a sweet tea my normal order every Day is... one oatmeal and large sweet tea the manager at the store told me that I need to go on the app to get my refund back for theextra food that was accidentally order by the moblie app the store took back the other 3 oatmeal and only gave me one I need mymoney back when I went to the moblie app there was no where that I can request a refund for the 3 oatmeal that the store tookback Read more
Every time I come there is some kind of issue. Chicken isn't cooked properly, food is incorrect, whatever. Management is always... nice and makes up for it but I shouldn't have to go back twice for one order, then be glared at by the person making them as ifit's my fault they made it wrong. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've EVER went to!!!!! I relize they are short staffed but when they Blatantly ignore you it's frustrating ... and rude. I ordered my food on the kiosk it said pick a table and a number and have a seat. So I went out on the patio, Waitingfor my food Until a man knocked on the window telling me my food was on the counter. I went back in to get it and asked them whythey had table service And didn't comply And one manager in training who was putting food in bags said they were short staffed.And then walked away from me! I understand being short staffed but when you're totally ignored & i ordered a combo and have toask for your drink It's ridiculous because the drinks aren't out in the lobby. The main manager came to my table and apologizedand was very respectful, great attitude very sympathetic and made things right but I will never return to this McDonald's. Read more
Was there around the lunch hour, so the place was busy. The lines of cars moved pretty quickly with 2 order stations. Paid at... the first window, moved up, got our meals, checked the bagged order to see if it was right, and it was Perfect! Very happy withthe service and the food quality and production time. I recommend this location highly. Be sure to tell your window server"Thank You!" It goes a long way when they are very busy. ???????? Read more
I like that the chicken is "higher quality" for the breakfast sandwich, but if you're going to use different size chicken, they... have to cook differently. It cannot be a standardized cook time. Otherwise you end up with raw chicken, which I often get cominghere. It's to no fault of the workers, fast food has standards for cooking for efficiency. But this is kinda an issue. Rawchicken and all that. I went in for a new one and it was more of the same. Really disappointing for those who cannot consumepork. Read more
Safe your self the headache. Go to the olther McDonald's in the area. Every time I come here it's something else. First, they... don't even ask if you want just the sandwich or the meal, they just assume you want only the sandwich. I also asked for a cheeseburger and it was not on the receipt, so I had to go back and reorder it. Yes, I was rude, because I'm tired of there alwaysbeing an issue. I had to holler "hello" before anyone even came on the speaker. Because I was "rude" they attempted to refuseservice. Yeah... that didn't happen. Had a lovely debate with an associate because apparently an "egg and cheese" sandwich comes with ham. I was always under the... impression that if you wanted ham on the sandwich you would ask for a "ham, egg, and cheese" I have a pork allergy and the oneother time this has happened (because most people hear egg and cheese and only put egg and cheese) swapping it out wasn't anissue.
