The Buffalo chicken sammich I got was 3 large tenders. The chicken is top tier, you can taste the quality. The Buffalo sauce... was hot and made me lightly sweat (I eat ghost peppers for fun) but it wasn't hot hurt level. Very pleasant. This place is so good! Their chicken is very flavorful! They make perfect crinkle fries. The chips are crispy but you aren't... breaking your teeth on them like other places. Every sauce that I have tasted has been really good and full of flavor. I lovetheir ranch and I'm very picky about ranch. My only complaint is that the portion sizes for the fries and chips fluctuate.Sometimes you get really good portions, but sometimes they are less than what I would expect to be considered average. Very disappointed. Had had hand breaded from this location before, but decided to try grilled and sauced. Chicken was dry and... rubbery. Fries were limp and cool. My dog was ok with the chicken so I guess it wasn?t a total waste. They?d were havingtrouble with their ice. Coke was room temp when I dispensed it into cup. My best friend and I went tonight as a last minute decision about 7pm. The young lady behind the register greeted us with a warm... smile and a genuinely happy demeanor. I didn't catch her name but she had curly light brown hair and an extremely kind andfriendly personality. She explained all the options and substitutions that I could have with my allergies. She made us feelwelcomed. When my order was messed up the manager personally came over to apologize and check on us. (I believe his name wasJohn) I have been several times to Huey Magoo's, but I think this was my most pleasant experience. Even with the food snafu. Thestaff tonight (7/31/22) did an excellent job. We had 5 piece grilled with side salad and fries and a 5 piece buffaloed, grilledwith salad, toast and slaw. Everything was delicious, except coleslaw was a little bland but still fresh. Very juicy chicken tenders , the best my hubby and I have had. The fries were good and the garlic toast a nice addition. The... restaurant was reasonably clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of dipping sauces. We triedthree. The blue cheese dipping sauce was good, the ranch tasted a little off to me although hubby said it was fine. Ordered 5 different dinners to go. Every single one of them had tiny pieces of chicken and it was overcooked and dry. Either you... need to change your fryer oil or you are just flat out burning the "tenders" to a crisp. It tasted awful. I ended up throwingmine away.
