Normally, my neighbor and I go inside in the morning. It's very busy at that time. This is a great location with plenty of... parking. Twice we have encountered unclean surroundings. There was a big spill of water by the pick up area inside. I told anemployee who immediately came out to see and cleaned the spill. I guess no one had told them. During this last visit we went inthe afternoon. Inside was not busy at all, drive thru was. There were plenty of employees at the restaurant however the tablesand the floor were dirty and they stayed dirty. We will continue to go since it very close to us. Read more
What is WRONG with this location??? Yesterday it was "no drive thru. Inside only" walked in - NO DOUGHNUTS. Came back just now... -"Drive-Thru Only." If it would have only been a one time event II being in the food service industry myself would be more than apt to let it slide.... But after continuous visits due to the fact that it is the only Dunkin donuts in my area my area I have running to my fair shareof trouble with them being able to simply read is read a mobile order. It is almost as if they don't even look at the mobileorder as they're making it they never put the right cream cheese on when I request it on my mobile order. They consume run outof basic items. My food was still frozen and walked in to tell the assistant manager(more like should not be in customer service at all!!!) told... me I should watch the way I talk cause this is why she doesn?t work morning shift. Out of donuts an hour and a half before closing. Didn't mix the drink very well, the powder was clumped on the bottom. But then... again there was only two employees that I could see from the drive thru. Read more
The person taking our order was delightful and accommodating. Unfortunately she rang up the order incorrectly and I didn't catch... it until I was on the road. My donut was NOT fresh. The store was exceptionally tidy for how busy they were at the time.Everyone appeared to be organized. Read more
The cook was very polite and actually listened to my order, thankfully. The woman at the window was VERY rude and didn't even... put my order in correctly. I rarely leave reviews so you really have to mess up for me to take the time to do so. I almost droveoff instead due to her extremely poor attitude. For example, when I pulled up to the intercom, if she needed a moment then sheshould have stated that. Instead I sat in silence and when I gently said "hello?" She respond in a very rude tone, "we'll getyour order when we're ready." I'm giving 2 stars because like I said, cook was polite and made good food. Read more
