We hadn?t been there till today! We both got the protein bowl to go with added sour cream. They were awesome! Tender steak and... chicken, beans and rice , salsa and lettuce and sour cream! It was delicious! We were impressed and have lunch for tomorrow! Wewill be back!!! Read more

Chipotle Catering is the absolute worst. Catering order was cancelled 5 minutes before delivery. I could not get a hold of the... store where I placed my order (Lady Lake) I was charged a delivery fee. When I asked for a refund, they said they would submitrequest, not able speak to a live person. Chipotle this is RIDICULOUS!!!! You're quick to take catering and online orders butnot quick to resolve issues. This is the second time this has happened to me. Read more
Horrible. Filthy. Food all over the floor and sign on door that says ?no forks?. How can you have a restaurant with no forks.... 7 employees- you?d think at least one could run right across street to get forks. #1 placed online order on 06/25 pay for extra chicken came home 20 min away to find out extra chicken missing, called your store... 4 times was hung up by your precious workers. Today 06/27 I go inside to order 3 people working the make line one guy looks atme and completely ignores me keep the other team member is helping a women with some kids this guy looks at me again decides toclean make table instead of asking if I needed help, then he look at another lady that wasn't there before and ask her what shewanted to order I said I was first them he tells me the line start on the other side which by the way nothing is labeled), Ifelt discriminated I took my business somewhere else, thank you Chipotle of lady lake!!! Just moved back to Florida very happy to find out there is a Chipotle close by. The staff was "super" friendly and great. Food... was awesome. I got a steak bowl & chips. MMmmm I'll be back again & again. Read more
Always hit and miss with the food. Sometimes you get a good portion, other times your burrito looks more like a Taco Bell bean... and cheese burrito. I stop requesting double the meat (that I pay extra for), when I barely get a portion to begin with. Read more
