Should have read the reviews. Went in on a Saturday around 12:30pm. Four people ahead of me, so I?m thinking cool this will be... quick. I couldn?t have been more wrong. Two employees behind the counter, both slow as molasses. The one putting on the meat andcheese kept bickering at the one putting on the veggies and sauce about how slow she was, when honestly they both needed tohurry up. One of the two ladies mentioned how she was on the verge of tears. Not sure why, all of the customers were actuallybeing patient and polite. Apart from the comments my husband and I made to each other, I didn?t hear anyone complaining. Atleast one of the ladies apologized for the slow service, I?ll give her that. On top of the service being incredibly slow, theveggies looked not so fresh. They had no lettuce, and the spinach was wilted and slimy. The tomatoes had some unidentified brownstuff. I don?t leave reviews unless they?re good I?ve never felt so compelled to leave a bad review until now. I?ve tried over and over... just because this location is right by my house but I just can?t anymore. Last time I was there the girl was so rude and sloppymaking my sandwich I ended up walking out before the sandwich was even made and this was about 6 months or more ago Everyone isalways so rude, sloppy and just gross I went this morning to get something to take for lunch thinking I?d give them anotherchance and it was just an older lady in there and I had to get hot bread because no one made any the night before, she makesthe sandwich fine and she is nice - gentleman walks in and clocks in not even in uniform I thought he was a homeless man. Hewalks back out leaving her to have to figure I it how to start the system and ring me up which she almost couldn?t do so thewhole ordeal took a solid 30 minutes to order one sandwich and drink. I get a drink and there?s no ice because no one filled itthe night before she says. so she offers to get me some, me thinking they have an ice maker in the back she comes back with twoslabs of ice she pulled from something plastic in the walk in freezer and is pulling plastic off the ice that?s in her barehands and throws it in my cup with plastic stuck ALL OVER it and it?s dirty and nasty I have never been so appalled in my life.I asked for a new cup and got hot soda and stopped at a gas station for ice I mean this place has become the biggest joke ever also as I walked out the gentleman that clocked in was sitting in his car next to me rolling a joint. This is just amazing howterrible this location is.I?ll drive further for a better location at this point but I?m definitely contacting corporate. Read more
It was okay just never had any sauces in stock and understaffed . I would suggest another location.
