We tried to order late, around 1015pm, waited 15 min to get to the drive thru, only to be notified that they were closed. We... went to the drive thru window to speak to associate, she stood there, cross armed, and stated they were closed. Place dirty. 15 min in dining room for fries & coffee. Same fries were sitting in warmer the whole time. When I grabbed some... Ketchup, the girl from drive thru became nasty & rude & took everything to back & slammed bins on counter. Made some rudecomments. I didn't want to wait another 15 min to get Ketchup & end up with cold fries. She didn't care. Told her she couldkeep her attitude. She mouthed off that she will have an attitude all day long & there wasn't anything I could do about it. IfI were the supervisor, she would b looking for a new job. Read more
The manager on the drive-thru speaker yesterday was very snippy and read the order back like she was speed reading. They had 2... drive thru lanes open and they were busy- but that's no reason to take it out on the customers. The girl at the window was verynice though, and she said it was not her and that it was her manager that took the order- but her voice was clearly different sothat was very clear. Read more

Drive through a lil slow but moving.. food was hot and fresh. Oh yeah Mahogany is the perfect employee to have first contact... with, very comforting calmimg voice. AUGUST 29,2022- today reminded me of the good old days, drive through had a lot of cars andmoving steadily and your bag was hanging out the pick up window before you got there. Keep up the good work. The wife and I came here the other night, late night to grab some food because she had a late night at work at the hospital.... When we arrived all the lights were on, but there was nobody there. We waited in the Drive-Thru like 15 minutes, and even drovethrough the drive to 3 or 4 times. We also called the location, and no one answered. So it was clear that either no one wasthere and they left all their lights on, or they were inside and did not want to be disturbed. Kind of sucks when it's the only24-hour McDonald's in the area. Ordered pickup through the app. Very easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of service, but wow,... my burger was awesome! It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff member that delivered it to me was very friendly as well. IfMcDonald's was this good all the time, I would eat it more often! Read more
We had to reorder 3 times bc too many heads tackling a simple task. We were charged for sauce when prompted about the kind of... sauce we wanted and we never got it! Very nice, but not really the best service. They're always busy, so, I kinda get it .. Read more
