Horrible service. Very rude. Did not ask us what sides we wanted with our boxes and apparently you have to get what what comes... with it which is fries Mac and cheese and coleslaw which I have no problem with except for the fact I am allergic to coleslawand when I asked for extra fries instead the lady in the back yelled no changing the sides. Great customer service. BUT, GOOD LORD the prices are astronomical!! $27 for a 24 pc hot wings when it use to be $18+ for a 20... pc. This is a bit much for me. I paid about $20 for a 8pc chicken only bucket. The meal would've been about $24. I haven't eatenat KFC in years. Probably won't be eating here for many more years because these prices are too high for me. Read more

The food was great as always, but maybe we should have asked, they didn't put any napkins, plastic spoons, or forks in the... order. We were just going to have a picnic outdoors. Eating the chicken using our fingers was nothing unusual, but we had touse the chicken bones to scoop up some mashed potato and coleslaw. Read more
