Rude customer service and they not 24 hours
En Market on Ladson. Air hose is cut at the end. Spent $2.00 for nothing. Refused to refund my money. Told me I had to call... the number on the air pump. There is no number. Cashier came out and checked as well. Spoke with manager Mary, who refusedto refund my money, but there is no way to contact the company directly. I would upload the pictures I took, but this reviewdoesn't offer that option. Read more

Rude customer service.
This is by far the most unreliable convenience store I have ever experienced. When I stop, It is usually around the same time... on my way to work and every time it's like Rolling the dice. Sometimes there open sometimes they're not open. Nothing friendlyabout the 1 or 2 people that work there the entire day every single day who are clearly very miserable people. However mybiggest issue is the fact that I can never depend on them being open in the morning time when it matters most. Read more
