I had a terrible experience in the drive thru. This is hard for me to review because i never want to say anything bad about a... young teenager working however The young lady who took my order made me never want to visit this Chick-fil-A again. I actuallygot out of my car and went inside to speak with the manager personally and he seemed to busy to listen. I normally dread coming to the ladera center in general and was just craving a cobb salad that i haven?t had in so long and i... was in the area so i stopped by It was such a comforting experience walking into the building, I was greeted by a beautifulyoung lady named Caroline who took my order who i?ve seen before and i?m still surprised she?s in training. Anyways after that ihad a pleasant conversation with another one of the employees names Faith and talked with me until miss Caroline brought over myfood. too nice of her <3 anyways i headed back to my car to munch down and i usually order an extra side of strips to add to thesalad cause there?s usually never enough, but once i placed my salad in front of me, my eyes physically widened and it was justthe most perfectly constructed cobb salad i have ever been in the presence of. there was enough chicken and it was actuallycrispy and warm rather than soggy and there was enough room to shake it with my dressing. nothing was missing and it was just asgood as it looked. literally perfect. I used to work at the cfa in san clemente when it opened and i don?t remember when thelast time i?ve had a good cobb salad was, but this was def something that was missing in my life. #periodslay Read more

This Chick-fill-a is certainly good with the food.. But the service not so much. It's happened several times that what we get... isn't what we ordered. No harm was done but they should be careful about it.. In general it's fine???? But they should watch theteenagers and their language. Read more
Our family?s go to chick fil a. They are kind, generous, and the food actually tastes fresh. I know they were originally having... a hard time with staff and keeping up with orders when they first opened (hence some negative reviews), but they have sincehired more people and I have notice they have improved. The food quality has always been amazing but now that they are notspread so thin. Love this place. Read more
I tried ordering through their app for doordash delivery, I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and soon as it was confirmed it was... canceled. No info was given on why so I contacted customer service, they didn't help me at all nor did they refund me for mymoney. Not happy with my money going down the drain not getting what I payed for, lesson learned avoiding this location.Practically stealing from your customers and leaving em hungry ain't a good look...
