I believe giving credit where credit is due. So I go to Starbucks everyday after work, an today my drink was just missing an... ingredient so I went back to see if they could just add the ingredient. And instead they made me a whole new drink an gave me agift card and said "thank you for giving us the chance to fix it" and then I dropped the new drink they had JUST finished makingme.???? And they made me ANOTHER one. And were very kind about it. I've yet to have such good service in lacombe in the fastfood industry here. So thank you to the staff! For my coffee, they are 50% more expensive than their main competitor. They didn't have any dark roast without a 5-10 minute... wait. They didn't know that 'regular' means 1 cream 1 sugar-then after clarifying that, they only put cream in. The coffee wasok, but I'm not really impressed. Read more
