This is by far the worst McDonalds In all of Alberta!!! I have lived in Lacombe for some time now and I have never had a correct... order, not had to wait in the drive through for 7min (fastest time) to 21min (there slowest time), now if you decide to go intoto complain?look out because the heavier set lady that claims to be a manager will treat you with absolute disrespect andignorance for her staffs lack of knowledge and training!! I was sitting in the drive through waiting to be helped and 2 other cars got helped before me even though I was there before... them. So I waited about 10 mins and so I spoke into the speaker and said ?hello?? And I was asked what I wanted. I ordered anddrove to the window and was friendly and the guy working the first window is so rude, ignored me. I said have a good day so heglared at me and I drove off. Waited for 6 or 7 minutes at the counter and was seen multiple times by multiple people. Finally yelled out that I wanted to... speak to a manager and she came over and I told her I?d been waiting for 6 or 7 minutes with no one coming over to help me andasked why that would be. She said because they were busy on drive thru. I would have gone through the drive thru except I waswith my 3 year old son and he makes a mess eating in the truck. The ketchup was out in the dining room and the bathroom wasdisgusting. The sanitary napkin disposal was overflowing. ???? Anyway, I won?t be returning. Very disappointed with my order .had to wait 30 minutes wasn't bad enough but then didn't get what I order this is ridiculous. I... order double quarter pounder meal just ketchup on burger and up size fries .but no I got a single quarter pounder witheverything on it but the ketchup.
