This is the second time in as many weeks that Lacombe Dairy Queen has made me a subpar cheeseburger. It was cold, hardly had any... condiments, and it looked like it was dropped on the floor before being placed in the container. It was a gross mess. I will notbe back. There are many other places to order from in Lacombe, not to mention Blackfalds and Red Deer. How can Dairy Queenexpect repeat customers when they serve garbage like that? Read more

I was on a road trip with my wife and children and we decided to stop here to grab some food. The food was delicious, it was... affordable and the staff was kind to us, however when I went to use the restroom I found a severed head inside of the toilet. Iwas incredibly disturbed and I notified a staff member, they were incredibly disrespectful to me and thought I was joking, weare never coming back. Read more

Called as part of the order was missing even when giving them an order written out. The burger had bacon and that was not cool.... When called informed comes precooked. Will never eat at a Dairy Queen again as they can?t even take time to make sure order iscorrect and the manager was not helpful other make excuses for why and not take customer service as an important part of therestaurant.
