We ate here with our daughter’s ringette team. All of our food was preordered a couple of days prior. It took 2 hours for us... to eat and pay for a pre-ordered meal off their team menu which is strictly salad/pizza/pasta. Our entire team was overchargedand rather than take the bills back and do them properly, each family had to explain in detail why their bill was wrong. (Theycharged regular menu price instead of the prices off the team menu we were asked to order from.) We had to send our bill back 3times before it was correct. The servers all looked like they were trying their best but it was evident that the manager has nointerest in helping his staff succeed, nor does he care about customer experiences. We never eat at Boston Pizza unless it’s agroup thing because they are all the same. Next time we will have to skip the team building activity. I can make better Alfredoout of a box at home anyways. This was the last straw for us and we will NEVER set foot in another Boston Pizza ever again. So Iguess I should just thank the Lacombe manager for making it a really easy decision. Read more

I'm not one to complain but I am pretty unimpressed with my meal. This is my first time ordering from bps in lacombe and I have... to say not what I was expecting ... The Pasta was super dry and the spinach dip I ordered tastes sour. I will say the deliveryguy was nice but other than that I'm pretty disappointed. Idk if I would order from here again . Read more

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Boston Pizza. First off, no name mentioned by server no greet whatsoever, no smile, no... waters, and asked us if we wanted the bill when our drinks were full? Like what? & Two servers and manager on the floor andI’m absolutely shocked nobody would come ask if we wanted anything for 30 minutes while our empty cups sat on the edge of thetable. Ordered for take out the Smoky Mountain Spaghetti, got one meat ball and half the pasta as usual ... called and the receptionist... said that was a normal order. Normally this location is very good for take out but recently they have messed up several of ourorders (beet and goat cheese salad with no goat cheese ... kinda missing one of the main ingredients) I would recommend youcheck your take out meals before you get home and save yourself some aggravation. I used to serve for 12 years. Still do on occasion. But being a girl, sitting alone, servers may just assume I'm a poor tipper.... Anyway, I come and sit in the lounge, right. I sit at the bar Infront of some server changing the channel. She turns around,looks at me and just continues doing her thing until she walks away. A guy walks in, sits down and she went to greet him.. so atthis point I've taken the hint that she doesn't want me sitting at the bar so I go sit in the booth behind her new table. Shecomes up to me, looks at me and says "ID?" .. This is hands down the most bratty serving behavior in the industry and it's farfrom respected. I couldn't be bothered to get her name, the specials or even a genuine smile as if she was happy to even behere. I think it's time to retire the serving life, babe; As I can't imagine you make much tips with garbage for an attitude.I'm fully aware you have to pay out of pocket for the bill I chose not to tip on, as tips are earned, not expected. Try aquality check or a water refill, a bit less stuck up, and you may have just gotten enough for tip out. My wife and I got some food to go the other night and it was terrible. She had lasagna and it was so dry due to hardly any... sauce it was disgusting, I had a penny dish and added chicken but they never cut the chicken all the way through it was alsovery un appetizing. Read more

If I could give ZERO Stars I would!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! We sat in the restaurant for almost 3 hours... to have some burgers and kids’ meals. We will NEVER be back!! The server took forever to even come back to take our mealorder after our drink order. The server never came back to check on us once our food actually arrived (almost 2 hours afterordering) and we had to ask multiple times for the bill and the server never came to ask us for the kids’ ice cream order. Our orders were missing food and all of the kids’ meals came spicy. I assume they used the same fryer for cactus cut frieswhich resulted in spicy kids’ meals. Ordered online and had the food delivered. Both the wings and the Nachos were overcooked. I called to complain and the Lady that... answered was very rude and unwilling to accept the food wasnt up to par. Reluctently she sent a new order. When it arrived theWings were okay, but the Nachos were once again burnt. Sent it back for a second time and thankfully they finally got it right.Needless to say I am starving and finally eating my food. Read more
