Stopped by to ge a sandwich on my lunch break and was met by an older lady who was busy helping another customer, ok fine. She... looks over and says " push that button as soon as your ready" to which I replied "sure thank you". Well I was having a difficulttime deciding on my sandwich as I eat here alot and have had almost every combination you could think of. Well there was no onebehind me and in fact hardly anyone in the store but while I was debating with myself the lady reaches up and pushes the buttonherself and another older lady comes from the back I immediately inform her I was not ready and did not push the button and thefirst lady says " well you was just standing there". I declined to patronize this establishment after this as I do not like tobe rushed by the employees of someplace that's supposed to be serving ME not the other way around. Now things like this havehappened here before these ladies are always working together and one is nice and the other is not. The one that is not oftentimes has smart things to say or is very rude and short with customers and today I just wasnt having it. I understand yourelderly but if you cant handle customer service you should perhaps find another job. It's because of this unprofessionalattitude that this lady has on everyone of my visits that I will NOT be returning as a customer , possibly all subways but mostdefinitely this one. Read more
Stopped at Corner Quick stop to get two cups of ice for drinks I already had. Went in and got two cups from the store side and... noticed the I've had black chunks in it. I'm disgust I walked to the counter and explained to the cashier with black rottedteeth that that was inappropriate and was going to pour it out. I looked over at subway and seen they had their own drinkdispenser marked subway customers only, I was at the point where I would pay their price for Ice just so I would not have todrink black mold. I pushed my cup against it to fill with ice and wow disgusting the same thing, black chunks in the Ice. Ithrew my cups away and decided to leave. Would give negative stars if I could. Very nasty place. Will never be back. If the Icelooks that way I could only imagine how the food is stored at this location. I hope someone In upper management steps in beforethe health department shuts the doors! Read more
Whoever worked this afternoon here owned it, had soo many subs and pizza to make with only two people and still kept positive.
They are more concerned about fighting and arguing with each other than making what the customer had already ordered. Then when... I said you can just keep your sandwich she smarted off. Horrible place. Read more
