Horrible service. Check your schedule and see who was working at 6:30 on the evening of 7/28/22. The one with the reddish hair.... She is solely responsible for you losing a customer. Down right rude for no reason at all. What is happening to the world? Nextto cleanliness, customer service used to be a priority for places like this, especially in a small community like Lacey.Unacceptable. ***UPDATE*** Got home and the sandwiches were wrong. The older woman in the morning (4/23 10amish): I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and she got snippy with me claiming I... wanted a melt instead. I did infact ask for a melt but I wanted it toasted as I changed my mind. She then went on to take me to"sandwich education" and tried to make me feel stupid about what a melt is vs a toasted sandwich. I then asked for bacon on itand she went in this little rant about what she thought would taste better on my sandwich! I didn't want it in the oven I justwanted it on my sandwich. She was also very slow Overall she is a nice person, but she tries to hard at her job and makes itannoying to buy a sandwich. Pump the breaks lady calm down and listen to your customers. 86? today and everyone in town wanted Subway! I came in to order five sandwiches for my family while they already had their... counter full of online orders. They were pretty quick getting to me all things considered and were extremely friendly the wholetime. I didn't catch names but the lady with purple hair was very very sweet. This has been one of my favorite subways to go to. I usually eat here two to three times a week. I went today for my normal... dinner run but was met with some of the worst service I have ever seen. As I walked in one of the employees was singing whichmade the restaurant have a friendlier atmosphere. We talked for a minute or two then he co ntinued with his prep while anotheremployee helped me with my order. This employee did not listen at all and continued to make mistakes with my order. She wasmaking so many mistakes and adding random toppings. As I continued to correct her horrible sandwich making skills her attitudetowards me got worse and worse. I kept a smile on my face and treated her with respect and that just made things worse. In theend my sandwiches had been made correctly but it took another employee to jump in and help correct mistakes. Altogether Iordered two sandwiches that had been toasted. This took over 12 minutes to complete. As someone who has worked at subway andbecame a manager before 18 I have had the opportunity to train the dullest of the dull but yet this woman could not tell thedifference between a footlong and a 6in. I ordered two footlongs and she had to cut 6 loaves of bread just to fulfil 2footlongs. Majority of the time I get a sub from here it?s good but the lady didn?t add cucumbers to my sub and barely added any mayonnaise... to it. Read more
